Occupying land by force in U.P. will not be tolerated

Gorakhpur: Yogi Adityanath has given strict instructions to the officials that the land mafia who illegally occupy someone’s land and the bullies who displace the weak should not be spared under any circumstances. Following the zero tolerance policy against them, strict legal action should be ensured. The government is determined that no injustice will be allowed to happen to anyone. CM Yogi has given instructions to take immediate action in cases of land occupation.

CM Yogi was listening to the problems of the people in the Janta Darshan organized at Gorakhnath temple on Saturday morning. Due to rain, he himself reached the people seated on chairs in the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan of the temple premises and listened to everyone’s problems one by one, leisurely. During this, he met about 400 people and assured everyone that no injustice will be done to anyone during his tenure. Referring everyone’s applications to the concerned officials and instructing for quick and satisfactory disposal, he assured the people that the government is determined to solve the problem of every victim. Everyone will get justice and everyone’s pain will be removed. People from other districts also came to Janta Darshan. The number of women who met the Chief Minister and told their problems was much higher than that of men.

In Janta Darshan, some women complained about land grabbing by land mafia and bullies. On this, CM Yogi said that land mafia will be taught a befitting lesson. No one will be able to displace any weak or poor person in his presence. The Chief Minister directed the administration and police officers present nearby to identify those who forcibly grab land and take strict legal action against them. It should be ensured that no bully, mafia, criminal is allowed to grab anyone’s land.

Many people had come to Janta Darshan before the Chief Minister with a request for financial assistance for treatment. The Chief Minister assured the victims that the government will provide full help for treatment. Handing over their application to the officials, the Chief Minister directed that the process of estimate related to treatment should be completed as soon as possible and made available to the government. The CM told the officers to get Ayushman card made for every needy person so that they do not have to face trouble for treatment.

In Janta Darshan, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave a clear instruction to the officers that procrastination in resolving public problems will be unforgivable. A just solution to every person’s problem with full commitment and transparency is the top priority of the government and administration and any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in this. Officers should listen to the problems of the people with full sensitivity and ensure quality, quick solution. During this, on the complaints related to police and revenue, CM Yogi said that the officers should ensure the solution of the problem at the district level itself so that people do not have to face trouble. In a stern tone, he said that insensitive and careless officers will not be tolerated at all.
